James Kelleher is a licensed professional counselor and national certified counselor working with adolescents, adults and couples in the Scottsdale Arizona/Phoenix AZ areas.

While the root of many of our problems may stem from external pressures, work-related issues or societal influences, it is important to realize that, in order to effectively manage these issues, we must begin to heal from within.

Our therapeutic approach focuses on learning about oneself and managing internal conflicts first, in order to build a strong foundation for further growth and development.

The important first steps to a better you center around developing a better understanding of who you are as a person. Together, we can explore and establish this by building a stronger sense of self-worth, self-confidence and most importantly, self-love.
